Pre- Order Terms and Agreements: I understand that this order form is a contract. I understand that by giving Benberly Unlimited LLC my deposit of $100 plus tax, I am reserving my pair of Miss Mayfly Breathable Chest Waders, and that  the remaining balance of $100 plus shipping and tax will be due within 10 days from notification of availability. I understand that my order will not be shipped to me until the amount due is paid in full. Miss Mayfly guarantees receipt of the Miss Mayfly Breathable Chest Wader between 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase. If for any reason Miss Mayfly can not deliver the Waders within the 3 week period I may request a refund. I understand that if I cancel this order before the 3 week period has passed, or before I receive the delivery, I will be charged a $25 restocking fee. I understand that this item is currently being manufactured, and that this form is a pre-order, not a final sale. Sale becomes final upon receipt of the second payment. The wader is covered by our 1 year manufacturer defect  product warranty which is available to read at MissMayfly.com. The product may be exchanged if it does not fit correctly or returned if you are unhappy with the product, or if it is damaged and/or defective. Refunds will be granted if the product is defective. Non-defective products will only be refunded if they are returned in the original packaging and in new condition. To return or exchange the product, please email us at Customerservices@Missmayfly.com for return instructions. I understand that once this order has been delivered to the provided address, Benberly Unlimited LLC is not responsible for loss that occurs after delivery. Package theft is not covered under our liability and your order will not be replaced. If a theft occurs, we recommend reporting it through your local law enforcement. Benberly Unlimited will require a signature receipt to help protect you against package theft. Benberly Unlimited LLC will require and provide delivery evidence through the carrier.  I understand that if I have a dispute, I am waiving my right to sue and agreeing to arbitration to rectify the dispute.
