4) Warranty
4a. Manufacturer Warranty: Warranties and guarantees are established by the manufacturer for collab goods that we sell in our store and are not guaranteed by Mayfly Sales LLC. For warranty issues contact the product manufacturer. If you have trouble contacting the manufacturer, please email us for assistance at customer services@missmayfly.com.

5) Refund, Return & Exchanges: Collaboritive Partner Policy
5a. Refunds: Miss Mayfly® offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase, and products must be returned in new, unused condition in their original product packaging. Once your return is received, refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

5b. Exchange Returns: Customers may exchange their products for the same product or for different products within 30 days of purchase if dissatisfied with the product. All products must be returned in new and unused condition in their original product packaging. Replacement products will be shipped to you upon receiving back the original purchase.

5c. Exclusions: If a product is not returned in new condition, Miss Mayfly® or our affiliated partners may deny a full or partial refund. A restocking fee may be deducted from the refund if the returned product is missing parts, accessories, or packaging.
