Special Programs

GUIDES/OUTFITTERS/RENTALS

Guides: Program G-1

  • Guides must fill out a Guide Application, provide proof of license and business affiliations.
  • One approved guide may purchase one pair of Miss Mayfly Waders for their own use, at special pricing. In the case that multiple locations/divisions exist in different states or areas, the business must *provide a list of each division applicant including; Division Location, guide name, address, phone and email, or each division guide must apply separately. If you have multiple guides in one division, approval will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Orders must be pre-paid

Guide-Outfitter: Program G-2

  • Guides must fill out a Guide Application, provide proof of license and business affiliations.
  • Approved Guides may submit one order per year at special pricing. If multiple divisions/locations exist and more waders are needed, please provide a list including; division locations, number of female participants per year, lead guides name, phone and email. Approvals will be made on a case-by-case basis. 
    • Orders must be Pre-paid
    • We will notify you of your approval/denial by email.

    Guide-Dealer:  Program G-3

    • Guides who sell Miss Mayfly products, must fill out a guide application, a dealer application, provide proof of guide license and EIN or resale license.
    • Guide Dealers must agree to all terms, provisions and MAP guidelines as set forth in the Dealer agreement.
    • Payment terms are outlined under dealer terms and is subject to credit approval. 
    • We will notify you of your approval/denial by email. 

    EDUCATOR/INSTRUCTOR 

    Educators: Program E-1

    • Educators must fill out an application and provide proof of the program or organization. *Please provide a list of programs/classes held in 2019 including; Class Title, description, city/state, date of class and number of female participants.
    • Orders must be Pre-paid
    • We will notify you of your approval/denial by email. 

      Educator Outfitter: Program E-2

      • Educators must fill out an application and provide proof of the program or organization. *Please provide a list of programs/classes held in 2019 including; Class Title, description, city/state, date of class and number of female participants.
      • Approved Educator-Outfitter may submit one order per year at special pricing.
      • Orders must be Pre-paid
      • We will notify you of your approval/denial by email. If approved, we will send you an order form to complete.

      Special Program Guidelines


      Miss Mayfly reserves the right to cancel, alter and revise all Special Program policies and prices at any time. 

      All applications for special program approvals/denials are decided by the sole discretion of Miss Mayfly Sales LLC. All programs are subject to limitations due to availability and or any other considerations that we deem necessary at any time during the program’s lifespan. We reserve the right to limit, delay, cancel or deny special program memberships at our sole discretion.

      Payment terms are only available to approved dealers with credit approval.

      Failure to adhere to Miss Mayfly’s program policies may result in being removed or banned from special programs. Any Special Programs member who re-sells a Miss Mayfly product without an approved dealer agreement will be removed and banned from all Special Programs. 

      Special program pricing is not transferable or extendable to friends, family or any other affiliates who are not considered under our guidelines to be a Special Programs consumer, student, participant, member, guide, educator, leader, or business. Any misuse of this guideline will result in being suspended or banned from Miss Mayfly’s Special Programs.
