The App is developed using Bubble.io and integrates with Xano as a backend data service provider.

7.2 Retention Periods

  • User-submitted data is stored in Bubble for up to 60 days

  • Long-term or permanent records are securely stored in Xano

  • Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and product development

Your data is stored temporarily in Bubble and securely stored long-term in Xano. Anonymous data may be kept longer.

8. DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including:

  • Role-based internal access limitations

  • Vendor security and compliance practices

Despite these measures, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. SHOPIFY PLATFORM DISCLOSURE

The App may be accessed through the Miss Mayfly Shopify store.

  • Shopify does not operate, control, or manage the App

  • Shopify’s own terms and privacy policies apply separately
