These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ReelFit 360° Size Assistant application (the “App”), which is developed and operated by Mayfly Sales LLC, doing business as Miss Mayfly (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The App may be accessed through or in connection with the Miss Mayfly Shopify store. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the App, you represent that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age (or 16 where required by law)

  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms

  • You will provide accurate and truthful information to the best of your knowledge

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCEPTABLE USE

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, and functionality associated with the App are the exclusive property of Mayfly Sales LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the App for personal purposes only.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND TOOLS

The App may recommend or reference third-party tools or applications, including 3D body mapping or measurement services.

  • Such tools are not owned, operated, endorsed, or affiliated with Miss Mayfly

  • Any fees charged by third-party services are outside our control

  • We do not receive commissions or compensation

  • We do not process payments or handle billing for third-party services

Use of third-party services is at the user’s own discretion and risk.

8. SHOPIFY PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

The App may be accessed through the Miss Mayfly Shopify store for customer convenience.

  • Shopify does not operate, control, or support the App

  • Shopify is not responsible for App functionality, recommendations, or results

  • Any issues related to the App should be directed to Miss Mayfly

Shopify hosts the store, but Miss Mayfly runs the sizing app.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

We can’t promise the app will always be perfect or uninterrupted.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mayfly Sales LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the App, including reliance on size recommendations.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. INDEMNIFICATION
