Order Cancellation 

Customers may update their shipping address or cancel an eligible order before it is fulfilled.

How to Edit or Cancel an Order

• After Checkout: Open your order confirmation page and select the available order editing option.

• Customer Portal: Visit our Customer Portal, locate your order, and select Edit Shipping Address or Cancel Order, when available.

Order changes and cancellations must be completed before fulfillment and within the available editing period. Once an order is fulfilled, cancellation is no longer available.
