Lid Rig policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We have a few types of goods that are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will do our best to ensure a timely refund, but are ultimately at the mercy of the payment company and its policies as to when the funds will post to your account.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

4a. Manufacturer Warranty: Warranties and guarantees are established by the manufacturer for collab goods that we sell in our store and are not guaranteed by Mayfly Sales LLC. 5a. Refunds: Miss Mayfly® offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase, and products must be returned in new, unused condition in their original product packaging. Once your return is received, refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
5b. Exchange Returns: Customers may exchange their products for the same product or for different products within 30 days of purchase if dissatisfied with the product. All products must be returned in new and unused condition in their original product packaging. Replacement products will be shipped to you upon receiving back the original purchase.
